Discovering Resaluxia

What is Resaluxia, concretely?

Resaluxia is a booking assistant for chauffeur operators that replies to your clients directly on WhatsApp. She qualifies the request, prices it from your own rate table, collects the client's confirmation and brings everything into your dashboard, where the final decision always stays with you. You follow and steer every conversation from an app on your phone, synchronised with WhatsApp in real time.

Who are Sol, Lou, Nova and Lía?

They are the four possible identities of one and the same assistant, one per language: Nova in English, Lou in French, Sol in Portuguese, Lía in Spanish. You only ever have one, chosen at your setup according to the language of your tool, and that is the name your clients will know her by.

Which languages does she answer my clients in?

She answers your clients in four languages: English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. She detects each client's language and replies in it, automatically. Only her name never changes: it is the one set at your onboarding, according to the language you chose for your tool.

Does she really answer around the clock?

Yes. She replies at any hour, instantly, nights and weekends included. Your clients never hit silence, and you find every exchange in your dashboard whenever you want.

How much does it cost?

Resaluxia costs €99 per month excluding VAT for the first ten operators to sign up, a rate they keep for life, then €149 per month excluding VAT for the next ones. The first month is free, with no commitment.

How does the free trial work, and why a bank card?

You try Resaluxia free for one month. The card is requested at sign-up so the service can continue seamlessly when the trial ends: the exact date of the first charge is shown clearly before you type anything, and you can opt out at any time before that date without being charged.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel at any time, with no commitment, from your dashboard. Your subscription stays active until its anniversary date, then the assistant stops replying to your clients. Your app remains available to consult: you find your past activity there, exactly as it was when things stopped, for the whole data-retention period, that is twenty-four months.

Do I need to change my WhatsApp number?

No. You keep your current number, the one your clients know, with one simple condition: it must be used with the WhatsApp Business app, WhatsApp's free professional version. The connection goes through Meta's official flow, which links your number to your assistant without moving or replacing it.

I'm on regular WhatsApp. What should I do?

Switch to WhatsApp Business, Meta's free professional app: it's simple, official, and you keep everything. First back up your chats, install WhatsApp Business, and confirm the migration with your usual number: your conversations, contacts and groups follow you exactly as they were. Your clients change nothing on their side; they simply see the business account label. Along the way you gain a company profile and tools that help daily.

One thing to know: your number must be active on WhatsApp Business for at least a week before it can be connected to your assistant, so don't leave the switch to the last minute. The step-by-step is in the guide.

Does my WhatsApp Business app keep working normally?

Yes. You keep writing to your clients from your app as usual, and those messages also appear in your dashboard, so everything stays in one place. Only a few secondary app features are disabled by WhatsApp in this mode, such as disappearing messages or editing a sent message; the details are in our guide. One habit to keep: open your app at least once every two weeks, which you already do naturally, to keep the link active.

Could my WhatsApp account get blocked?

No. Resaluxia is built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, the channel designed and approved for a professional account to reply in an automated way. That is what sets it radically apart from unofficial tools, which hijack WhatsApp and expose your account to permanent suspension. Here, everything goes through the legitimate route recognised by Meta: your account and your number stay fully in good standing.

The assistant at work

Where do the prices she quotes come from?

From your rate table, the one you define at setup. She never computes a price out of thin air: she reads the line matching the requested trip and applies the rate you set.

Can she invent a price or negotiate?

No, never. If a trip isn't in your table, she doesn't guess an amount: she gathers the useful information and hands the conversation to you. A notification then lands in your app to tell you a conversation needs you, and you set the price yourself. It's a strict rule, built so that no wrong rate ever goes out in your name.

What does she do when a request falls outside the frame?

She keeps the same line of conduct: she gathers everything the client said and alerts you with a notification in the app, so you can take over. That applies to an off-table trip, a bespoke request or a delicate situation. You never have to watch continuously: she is the one who alerts you when your input matters.

Does she follow up with a client who stops replying?

Yes, with a measured follow-up system that adapts to how soon the trip is. When a client receives a quote and goes silent, the assistant follows up at most twice, spacing the messages by how close the date is: for an imminent trip, the first follow-up leaves after a few hours and the second the next day; for a trip weeks away, she waits longer between them. After those two follow-ups without a reply, she quietly closes the conversation, without insisting.

If the client announced a delay ("I'll get back to you tomorrow"), she takes it into account and never nudges before the moment they set themselves. And for a far-off booking, she can put the file to sleep and wake up about a month before the trip to get back in touch at the right time. Follow-ups only go out during working hours, never in the middle of the night, and stop immediately as soon as the client replies.

Does she send a courtesy message after the ride?

Yes, a thank-you message that you trigger yourself, ride by ride, from your app. Once the ride is over, you find it in the list of services to close: with one tap, you send the client a personalised thank-you with their first name and your company's name, or you skip it and send nothing. Nothing goes out on its own: you always decide.

Can she handle luggage, child seats, and name-sign greetings?

Yes. She asks for the number and size of bags, takes child seats into account, and can arrange a name-sign greeting for the client. These details are part of the information she collects before confirming a booking.

Does she touch the money?

No, never. The assistant processes no payment. She notes the agreed method and gathers what's needed to set it up, depending on the mode chosen among those you offer. What she never does is ask for a card number, an ID document or any sensitive document or data: none of that is of any use to her, and none of it ever passes through her. You finalise the transaction the way you always have.

Which payment methods can she record?

The ones you offer your clients. Depending on the chosen mode, she gathers the information that payment needs, then brings it to you:

  • cash: she simply notes the agreement;
  • card: she collects the useful billing information, never the card number nor any sensitive document;
  • Pix: she takes the reference on the client's side;
  • bank transfer or PayPal: she gathers what you need to finalise.

In every case, no money ever passes through Resaluxia: she prepares and records, you collect.

Do my clients know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. From the very first message, the assistant clearly tells your client that she is an artificial intelligence, not a person. That transparency is built into how she works and meets the legal obligations in force.

You stay in control

How do I reply to a client myself?

The moment you write in a conversation yourself, the assistant steps aside automatically and leaves you the floor. She only comes back when you reactivate her. There's no button to hunt for in a hurry: your speaking up is enough to silence her.

How do I stop everything in an emergency?

You have an emergency stop that pauses the assistant, protected by a code you define. While it's on, she replies to no one, and you lift it whenever you decide. It's the move to remember if you want to cut her off completely while you take back the situation.

How do I keep her from replying to certain contacts?

The "Private numbers" list lets you list the numbers the assistant must never answer, for instance your family, your partners or your own drivers. You add them one by one or in bulk, and you can remove them at any time. Those contacts keep reaching you normally on WhatsApp, but the assistant leaves them alone, and their exchanges never show up in your app: they remain entirely private. A contact already saved in your "Private numbers" later hides their number on WhatsApp? The assistant may then stop recognizing them: their conversation shows up in the app, like a customer's. Add them to "Private numbers" again, straight from that conversation: it is erased, and the assistant no longer replies to them.

Can I reply myself from the app?

Yes. You can answer a client directly from your dashboard, without opening WhatsApp. Your message goes out under your name, and the very fact of taking the floor puts the assistant on the sideline for that conversation, which stays under your control.

How do I reactivate her after a pause?

Once you've taken over a conversation, a button appears at the bottom of it to hand the floor back to your assistant, labelled "Let Nova reply". One tap and she picks that conversation back up with the whole history in front of her, so the client never has to repeat anything. Until you press it, you hold the conversation.

The app, day to day

How do I install the app on my phone?

The app installs straight from your browser, without going through the App Store or the Play Store. Open your dashboard on your phone, then choose "Add to Home Screen". Once added, it opens and behaves like any other app.

Notifications aren't arriving. What should I check?

Notifications first require the app to have been added to your home screen, then that you accepted the notification permission. On Android, they work as soon as the app is on the home screen. On iPhone there's one extra condition: the app absolutely must have been added to the home screen before notifications can be enabled, an Apple constraint. If nothing arrives, check in order: that the app is installed from the home screen and not open in the browser, that you accepted notifications, and that your phone's focus or silent mode isn't blocking them.

Can I open access for my team?

Not yet. Multiple accounts are planned, with two levels, manager and agent, all working on the same conversations since your company has a single WhatsApp number. The feature will ship in an upcoming version. In the meantime, your account lets you work from several devices with your credentials.

How do I manage my subcontractors and their mission orders?

You keep your subcontractors' list in your dashboard, and for each ride you pass on, you generate a mission order with the information the executing driver needs. The price you charge your client never appears on it: your subcontractor sees what concerns them, not your margin.

How do I get a booking's order voucher?

As soon as a booking is confirmed, a button appears automatically in the conversation to generate its order voucher. The document carries the ride's information and is written in the language of the country where you operate, so it can be shown to any authority who asks. You can share it directly with your client or print it.

Can I export my bookings?

Yes. From your activity screen, a button lets you export your bookings as a spreadsheet file, for your own tracking or your accounting.

What does the WhatsApp channel indicator mean?

In your account, an indicator shows the state of your assistant's WhatsApp connection. It displays three situations: active connection, with the time of the last exchange; error on the last send, if a message could not go out; or no events, when nothing has flowed since startup. It's your health light: as long as it's active, the WhatsApp link is working.

How do I update my rates?

Send us your new rate table and we update it for you. The change is applied quickly and your assistant uses the new prices right away. A space for editing your rates yourself is being considered for a future version.

Your data and your clients' data

Who can read my conversations?

You, and the people in your company you give access to. No other operator using Resaluxia can see your conversations or your clients' details: every company is isolated from the others. On the platform side, we may need to reread an exchange to understand a technical incident, but the system only ever shows us a masked version: your client's name, number, address and email are replaced by markers before they even reach our eyes. We can understand what happened, never know with whom. Your clients' identity never leaves the server, and your clients never become ours.

How long is data kept?

Twenty-four months. Each closed conversation is automatically erased from our servers twenty-four months after it closes, along with its associated data. That erasure only concerns Resaluxia: your WhatsApp conversations stay untouched on your phone, we never touch them. You can also export your bookings at any time from your dashboard. If you cancel, your space remains available to consult, and you are notified by email about thirty days before your data is permanently erased, so you have time to retrieve whatever you need.

Are my conversations used to train AIs?

No. The exchanges handled by your assistant are not used to train artificial-intelligence models, neither by us nor by our technical providers. That commitment is written into our data-processing agreement. Your conversations serve to run your business, nothing else.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You ask us for an export of your data, and we hand you a complete file with all your activity, in a standard, usable format. Then there are two paths: if you ask for erasure, your data is permanently deleted from our servers without delay; if you ask for nothing, it erases automatically at the end of the twenty-four-month retention period. In both cases, your conversations stay on your WhatsApp: we erase our copy, never yours. You are never locked into the tool.

Getting started

How does signing up work?

You sign up in a few minutes and your space opens immediately. There you complete your setup at your own pace: your company details, your rate table, the payment methods you accept. We then configure your assistant from your information, and you connect your WhatsApp number yourself, guided step by step, in a few minutes. Your WhatsApp Business app keeps working normally during and after that operation. Your assistant goes live, and your trial month starts at that precise moment.

What should I prepare before starting?

Your company's legal details, the ones that will appear on your booking documents, and your rate table, meaning the trips you serve with the prices you charge. Also have ready the professional WhatsApp number your assistant will use, active on the WhatsApp Business app for at least a week, a WhatsApp requirement to allow the connection, and the code for your emergency stop, which you choose yourself.

How long before I'm operational?

Mostly, it depends on you. Filling in your setup takes as long as you want to give it, and you can come back to it in several sittings. Once submitted, we configure your assistant quickly, usually within the day. All that remains is connecting your WhatsApp number, a matter of minutes.

I didn't find my answer. How do I reach you?

If you're already a client, the simplest is the Contact tab in your app: you write to us choosing the topic, and you follow our reply in the same place. If you're not signed up yet, write to us on WhatsApp or by email via the links at the bottom of this page: we answer directly.
