Add them to “Private numbers” the same way, straight from their conversation in the app.

Transparency and data
Nova always introduces herself as a virtual assistant. She never passes for a human, in line with the European Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act, Article 50).
Your clients never become ours. The system is built so their identity never reaches us: no names, no numbers, no emails, no trip addresses ever make it to the Resaluxia team. That's not a promise, it's the architecture. When a technical intervention requires re-reading an exchange, the system only shows a masked version, where “James Miller, +44 7700 900123” becomes “[name], [number]”: we can understand what happened, never know with whom. And the numbers in your private list are never stored, anywhere.
